CONDITIONS OF PROPOSAL
Should be placed promptly to permit ample lead time for delivery.
- All orders subject to approval of Superior Spiral Stairs Credit Department.
- A 50% deposit is required with custom orders and the is balance due prior to shipment.
- Payment is due from Buyer prior to shipment of stair, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, by both parties.
- Open account terms apply to distributor accounts only.
- All payments not made by the due date shall bear interest at a rate of 4 percent per month on the unpaid balance. Further, the Buyer shall reimburse and indemnify Superior Spiral Stairs, Inc. for any costs of collection incurred in collecting any past due sums, including court fees, out-of-pocket expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
If you have not previously furnished drawings and specifications, this information should accompany your order. Field dimensions are the responsibility of the customer.
Shop detail drawings are furnished for your approval prior to manufacture. No fabrication work will begin until we have received approved drawings.
Unless otherwise stated the price is based on Superior Spiral Stairs Standards.
Standard paint finish is to be considered only as a shop coat, providing intermediate protection until such time as a finish coat is applied. We cannot accept any responsibility for appearance or condition of shop coat after it has been exposed to the rigors of shipping, storage and erection.
No field charges are permitted without written authorization from Superior Spiral Stairs, Inc.
Superior Spiral Stairs will select the carrier for any and all shipments. No responsibility will be assumed for inside delivery, re-delivery, or storage charges. Superior Spiral Stairs is not liable for delays after delivery to common carrier. Buyer agrees to check all materials against packing list and freight bill. All claims for storage or damaged material must be made by the buyer to the carrier. PLEASE NOTE: Shipments are made in a carton mounted on a pallet weighing between 800 and 1200 pounds.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
A fair charge will be invoiced for expenses incurred based on the point of production that the project is in at the time of cancellation. A minimum of 20% of total order will be charged for all cancelled orders.
For returned kit stair orders that are returned in original condition in original packaging there will be a 15% restocking fee. Superior Spiral Stairs shall reserve the right to refuse any return with
Unless they are expressly shown in your proposal, prices DO NOT include federal, state or local taxes. Superior Spiral Stairs Inc.does not charge sales tax for out of state shipments due to interstate commerce laws.
Superior Spiral Stairs are guaranted to be exactly as represented and in strict accordance with specifications as outlined in our web site, quotation and detail drawings. We further guarantee our Stairs to be of the highest quality workmanship and free of defects in all material. Superior SpiralStairs, Inc. guarantees, for one year from date of purchase, to correct by repair or replacement, without charge, any defect due to faulty material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover faulty installation, damage by misuse, normal wear or alterations made without the written approval of Superior Spiral Stairs, Inc. No other guarantee, written or verbal is authorized by us.
